KEX Tire Repair’s KX-386 Deluxe Combi Unit repairs for radial passenger tires seals tire injuries and repairs the innerliner all in one easy step. These Combi Units feature a fully cushion wrapped stem and embedded guide wire tip for ease of installation. Vulcanizes to the innerliner of the tire and fills the injury to create a permanent tire repair.

- For permanent and best results, always use an appropriate size carbide cutter and install with KX-511F flammable chemical cement.
- If an injury angle is more than 25 degrees, repair with a two piece KEX stem and KEX tire repair unit.
